Because Revnix products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selection, or ordering by mistake, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us at support@revnix.shop within 30 days of receiving the item. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos so we can review the claim.

Lost in Transit

If tracking has stopped updating or a package does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, contact us within 30 days after that estimated delivery date. If the shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with our fulfillment partner on a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Wrong Address or Unclaimed Shipments

If an order is returned because the shipping address was entered incorrectly, incomplete, or the shipment went unclaimed, we may be able to reship it once the address is confirmed. Additional shipping charges may apply.
